Evelyn Shih is a member of the Corporate and Investment Department at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. She has extensive experience in representing domestic and multinational companies in various cross-border transactions, joint ventures, fundraising projects, loan agreements, restructuring, competition law and real estate deals, and providing legal analyses, deal planning, due diligence, negotiation, contract review and drafting for market-leading clients in PE/VC funds, TMT, manufacturing, e-commerce, retail, real estate, food, pharmaceutical industries, and others.
