At a time of geopolitical tensions, the cooperation between Taiwan and the European Union, and in particular Germany, will become ever more important. As Taiwanese corporations seek to diversify and scale internationally, the EU provides solid ground for setting up distribution systems for their products, relocating their manufacturing and potentially growing in Europe also through M&A transactions.
We cordially invite you to a joint workshop at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law (理律法律事務所) together with the renowned German law firm GÖRG. Florian Wolff is a corporate partner in the Frankfurt office of GÖRG, where he leads cross-border matters as head of the East Asia Desk. Drawing on his wealth of experience advising Taiwanese corporates and companies form other East Asian countries, Florian will share insights and potential pitfalls for Taiwanese corporates on their way to Europe.
This workshop is designed for in-house counsels, strategy, investment and business development teams considering EU or German market entry or expansion.
The workshop will be in English with Mandarin translations.
